HOUSS, Mount Pleasant’s newest mixed-use development is under construction and anticipated to complete in Q2 2021. The next step is to relocate the historic Coulter House. The team will be moving the Coulter House to a temporary home until we are ready to incorporate the unique heritage house back into the building. After it is safely off-site, we will demolish the current structure, and soon after that, begin preparing the empty site for excavation.
