We are excited to share new construction progress photos of HOUSS.
With occupancy scheduled for this summer, the on-site team has been busy installing the glazing, removing the shoring along the south property line, and installing the mechanical and electrical rough-in work. The installation of the rail and hoist system for the elevators is well underway and both cabs have been constructed.
This month also marked a significant milestone with the completion of the top floor. Future occupiers will enjoy stunning views of the North Shore mountains and Downtown Vancouver from the common outdoor patio on Level 5. Spacious, private decks are included with a number of units on Levels 3, 4 and 5.
NEXT STEPS
The next phase of construction will include the completion of the cladding and glazing on the south side of the building, individual office units will start to take shape with the installation of the steel stud framing and drywall, and there is ongoing restoration work at the heritage house prior to its move back to the site in early spring.
